Cloud3 does not provide any guarantee regarding product performance. Once products have been modified, compatibility with third-party plugins, modules, or browsers cannot be guaranteed. Browser compatibility should be tested against demo server templates. You are responsible for ensuring your environment supports the product.
You may not use Cloud3 products for illegal or unauthorized purposes or in violation of any applicable laws, including copyright or intellectual property laws. Specifically, the products may not be used for websites promoting:
Violence or illegal intimidation
Pornography or explicit sexual content
Racism or hate speech
Obscene content or pirated software
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, trade, or exploit any part of the products or services without express written consent from Cloud3 or the product owner.
Users are responsible for all content posted in forums, demos, or accounts associated with their profile. Cloud3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these rules.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify Cloud3 of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.
